The delivery time is a maximum of three to five (3 to 5) business days, counted from the next business day after the purchase is made.

*A business day is specified as Monday to Friday, not holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

•If the garment you purchased is in the PRE ORDER section or is within NEW ARRIVALS, it takes between 7 and 10 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of the shipping details and tracking number.


CHANGE DESTINATION

We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, but if you want to make any changes you have one (1) business day to let us know.


DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE

You can authorize your shipment to be left without a signature (for example, at your reception or porter's office).

We accept no responsibility for loss or damage to products once they have been signed for or proof of receipt is given.
